Be one of the first to stay in this newly built BEACHFRONT 3 bedroom 3 bath home in high-end residential Turtle tail area. Sing a Song Villa I is a one of a kind gem. We spared no expense in this development. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, a full view to the oceanside as well as independent sliding glass door access to the pool deck. The great room is a completely open and modern floor plan with a 17 ft vaulted cathedral ceiling and a 7 ft diameter ceiling fan.
The 16 ft sliding glass pocket door disappears into the wall confusing the outdoor and indoor space being that all tile for interior and exterior is the same limestone coral french pattern. With the sliding doors open the indoor kitchen immediately feels like an outdoor kitchen. Independently controlled ac units throughout so you can control the temperature independently in each bedroom but you will probably find you don't even need the ac considering keeping the windows and doors open in combination with the tall ceilings will give you a wonderful cool breeze.
Laundry room with extra-large capacity appliances. State of the art contemporary kitchen with bar-style seating on the island as well as seating for 6 in the dining area giving you a total seating capacity of 10 in the kitchen/dining area. A 55 inch 4k UHD LED TV with apple tv. House has wifi with the best Internet speeds available on the island. Plunge into the 6ft deep end of the pool while awaiting the beautiful southwest Provo cloudless sunsets that are almost an everyday sure thing.
On the patio deck, the Glass railing will never obstruct views as it is literally all floating glass with no banisters or pilings. The Beach for Sing a Song Villa I is private so you will not have to deal with the crowds you see on the resort sides of the island like long bay and grace bay beaches. It is equipped with Beach Beds with King Size Mattresses, Beach Chairs, Kayaks, Stand up Paddleboards, Beach Volleyball and also a Life-sized game of Beach Chess!
There are only a couple of other villas on this side of the beach including Villa II & III which you can also rent together with Villa I at a higher nightly rate. However, If a busy beach is what you are craving, Grace Bay beach is just a 10 min drive and you are at the heart of all of Provo's 5-star resorts.
If you enjoy Kite Boarding we have plenty of wind on the southside and you will have the beach all to yourself on most days. The master bedroom shower room allows for a party of two and even in there you will get a full view to the ocean and what we feel is the best-kept secret in beaches on the island, superior to even grace bay. If you want quiet, private and still be close enough to the happening spots this will be the perfect home for you.

This property is fabulous. We stayed for just a few nights to get away from it all. We were not disappointed. Itโs so quiet!
Jose was very responsive when we needed him.
The beds are perfect, too. I havenโt slept that well in years. We had jet skis delivered to the house which was a huge luxury. Those guys were really great.
Iโd highly recommend this property and hope to one day return. Itโs contemporary and very clean.
I do recommend renting a car.

The most amazing view

We were blown away by the view of the ocean as we were walking into the house and it only got better from there. All three good sized bedrooms were equipped with good sized closets and beautiful bathrooms. And most amazingly, all the beds were situated in front fo the huge patio doors overlooking the view of the ocean. It felt like heaven looking out the window while laying on those beds. The house, the pool and the private beach were just so beautiful beyond words could describe. We were able to enjoy all the amenities the property offered including kayaking, playing chess on the over sized outdoor chess board, and playing beach volleyball. We definitely want to kayak to the small islands about a quarter of a mile away next time we come back. Jose was easy to get in touch with and was extremely accommodating. The instructions he provided were perfect. We already miss the striking view of the ocean that welcomes you soon as you wake up in your bed and will definitely come back soon.

Just returned from the most memorable, enjoyable and relaxing family vacation. Stayed in Villa 1 and it was exactly everything we expected! Private, spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Indoors blends with the outdoors by opening the sliding glass doors to the pool deck. Opening the front doors at the same time allows for a most beautiful breeze. The ac was on to sleep, thatโs it! No need for it with that breeze!! The views are simply stunning, breathtaking and mesmerizing!!! The entire place is most peaceful and tranquil. You wonโt want to leave the villa. On the grounds is a huge outdoor chess game, kayaks and a volleyball court to enjoy. Villa 2 is slightly behind Villa 1 but totally private with its own stairs going down to the beach and its own beach bed. The beach is spectacular with its rock walls and conch collection! Make sure to find your own washed up conch and add a piece of yourself to the wonderful collection of conchs spread out all along the beach and grounds! A car is a must if you want to visit the area or dine out. Rent a Buggy was the best priced for a 4 door Jeep Wrangler. If you want to be adventurous and go off road exploring you will need a 4x4. Trying conch at Bugalooโs restaurant is a must! You may want to turn back on the road to get there but DONโT! Youโll be pleasantly surprised by it! Also, Sunset beach is another must for its most spectacular sunsets! Great selection of groceries at IGA and wine and liquor at the Wine Cellar, both 10 min by car. Finally, Josรฉ is a most gracious host. Very reachable and helpful with anything you need. We were very happy to meet him and extend our gratitude in person! Thanks again Josรฉ! We will definitely be back! ?๏ฟฝ

Spent a week at this property and we were very happy with the accommodations. It is as advertised. Jose is very helpful with recommendations for rentals and food. Booking was easy and Jose followed up timely ahead of our stay. Close to shopping and restaurants. We did the jetski's for a day through Jose's recommended vendor. They will deliver to the villa. Beach is clean but a little rocky...not unexpected. Wade out a little from shore and there is a sandy bottom. Waist deep water at low tide and you can walk out to the small islands. We didn't find the need to hang out on the other beaches since the one at the villa is private and easily accessible and the view is one of the best (maybe the best) we saw on the island. Kitchen has enough of what you will need to cook at home. We did about half the meals at the villa. Would definitely stay here again when visiting TC.

Seriously... you can stop your villa search now. If you love beautiful views, days lounging on comfortable beach beds, and swimming in the pool at sunset, Singasong is perfect. The location is quiet yet close to the grocery store and other island amenities you think you might need... until you realize all you need is right at Singasong. Thereโs really no need to leave this incredible home. Highly recommend getting jet skies delivered to the house. Jose and Chabbie were excellent hosts and always very quick to respond to any questions or needs. Would book again without hesitation.
